It’s that a remodel asks you to become, almost overnight, a project manager, a budget analyst, a materials expert, and a referee between people who don’t always agree with each other. Most of us were never trained for any of that, and the stress rarely comes from the construction itself. It comes from the sheer number of decisions piling up faster than we can think them through.

This is exactly the kind of problem AI handles beautifully, and it’s a good example of what I want you to take away from this workshop. You don’t need AI to be creative or clever here. You need it to be organized, patient, and thorough in a way that frees you to focus on the choices only you can make. A well-built prompt turns a vague, overwhelming project into a clear plan with phases, a budget, a realistic timeline, and a list of the questions you didn’t even know to ask.
